Tagged! You're it! AGAIN...

I've been tagged by Little Eblings Academy .

RULES:

1. Pick up the nearest book (of at least 123 pages).
2. Open the book to page 123.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the next three sentences.
5. Tag five people.

The book I had that was closer to me is "I Would die for You" by Brent & Deanna Higgins.

As usual, BJ was following just what God was saying, and at least two of those police officers prayed and acceted Christ!

As we were standing there waiting, BJ started looking around.   After a few seconds, he looked at me and said, "I wonder if those gentlemen have been talked to."

These three sentences are part of two different testimonies of students that were with BJ on a mission trip in Peru.   Both are telling the story of how he went to speak to 4 police officers about Christ and how they accepted Christ as their Lord and Saviour.

BJ's life ended after a battle with an infection contracted while on a mission field.

I am actually on the third chapter but this boy is blowing my mind...   God was at work through him...  and since a tender age too!   I recommend this book for anyone who want to see how God can use us no matter the age we are.!

I will tag...

Another year... another blog...

Okay...  No I am not leaving my personal blog here and I intend to update it more frequently - as soon as I can figure out a schedule for myself.

But H.E.A.T. Worship House is moving on and we are planning to set up a blog for our church as well as a discussion group for our core team.   H.E.A.T. does have a website and we are planning to do more events as well as starting church services.   We are currently looking for a place to do so.   So please keep the team in your prayers.   Many opportunities are coming our way.

As a family we are also looking into moving our trailer somewhere else.   We are a bit tired of going always to the same place.   Right now, we have found a great place close to Toronto.   As much as there is some positives aspects of this place, the negative part is more than likely the travelling to go there - at least 4 hours.  So we are thinking about it.

What else?   Mmmm!   My sister-in-law and her family are moving to BC.   Her husband found a job there last week and also a place to stay.   So I hope that they will enjoy this adventure...

Jasmine wore her first dress today!   She is so cute in it.   My hubby was a bit surprise about it since we are not used to have babies with dresses... LOL but he liked it a lot!

When it rains, it pours...

LOL - I am not talking rain per say but more like contests winning...

First earlier this week, I learned that I won the baby of 2007 contest at www.momsmoments.ca which gave me a 25$ gift certificate at www.amazon.ca !   I spent it the same day on books for the kids...   LOL What can I say I can't resist.  No really, these books will go with my library of Come Sit By Me activities - things I really wanted or can't find at the city library.

Then this morning in my inbox I had a message from my dear friend HEIDI who was letting me know that I had won a devotion book from her website.  To be honest I really need something to get back into my devotions...  Not sure where my time is going lately but boy I am busy...   I see docteur appointments left and right for the next few weeks...   They are either for hubby, me or one of the kids... but it has to be done.  Finally got my appointment with the foot specialist to check out my bunion - took a year and a half believe it or not.   Then Alex has an appointment with the eye specialist to see if he has strabismus like Dominic...  These are just a few examples of what I mean by having appointments left and right...

My boys and their little sister...

I appreciate my coffee this morning...

The little one woke up at 2:45am and even after her feeding she wouldn't go back to sleep - complaining every 30 minutes or so...  So I was tired obviously.   Coffee was needed and I did took one.   Now I am all energized and pumped.

Alexandre is doing is Rosetta Stone and other softwares like Math and Typing Tutor while I am organizing myself in the house.   So far I've fed the baby and the boys as well as myself, did one load of washing and put another load in the dryer, loaded the dishwasher and started it, started the supper in the crockpot (chicken it will be), cleaned the counter from breakfast, repaired two toys and I still have one more to look at...

What I also have to do is pretty simple...  Put away a basket of clothes from the boys, fold another basket and put it away too!!!  More washing to do and repair some books...

I also need to get back into my devotion mode somehow.   Can't see how I will fit this in my days yet but I will try very hard.   Oh I also need to write my thank you cards for allthe things people gave us since the birth of Jasmine (clothes and food).

Tonight, I will have a me time as my husband is going to a Sens game with his dad.   He got free tickets from a consulting firm with who we work.   Free parking too!   Both the seating and the parking are located in a VERY nice section from what I understand.

And yes he does have his boots on...

CRAZY CANUCK!  But I love him SO much!!!

2008... already?

Seems to me time is flying by so fast...  Not too long ago we were in 2007 - and now BAM it's 2008...

I am wondering how to organized myselft with homeschooling and Jasmine still...  Today I had to work on translation for a client and dear husband supervised the kids and homeschooling.   Not much done today but hey... at least we did a bit!

Can anyone give me advice on how to juggle a baby, a toddler (2), a big boy (almost 4) and a grade 1 student (6 1/2) all at the same time???
