Disney Frozen II Anna Autumn Swirling Adventure doll

As you may know, the new movie featuring Anna and her sister Elsa - Frozen II - has been in theater for a bit now.   And when a new movie from Disney comes out you can be certain that numerous toys will also appear on the shelves at your favorite store. 

So it is not surprising that this Christmas season new dolls based on Frozen II are available.   I have the opportunity to present you one such doll today - Anna Autumn Swirling Adventure doll.

I haven't seen the movie as of yet.   But apparently in Frozen II, Anna's unwavering optimism and perseverance is tested.  She must learn to stand strong even when it feels impossible, and do the next right thing.

This beautiful doll wears an outfit that is black and purple complete with a removable skirt, belt and cape.   If you lift the arms of the doll you will see that the outfit illuminate with a swirling leaf pattern that is absolutely stunning.  I simply love the yellow and red colors moving on the dress. (Why didn't we get that kind of fancy dresses for our dolls when I was younger?)  Her sister Elsa's doll has something similar on her dress where a pattern of snowflakes lights up. (Doll sold separately.)

 

These fun dolls will definitively bring joy to kids as they play with sister duo twinkling together as they journey to new adventures.

Disney Moana Musical Moana of Oceania

As you might know already a new Disney princess is coming to a theater near you – Moana.  She is from Oceania which includes Australia, New Zealand and all the islands surrounding this area.  

Hasbro has released numeroud toys based on the characters of this new movie.   Needless to say that Moana will be a popular toy this year I think.    She is absolutely charming and quite different than any other princesses we already know.    I have received the Disney Moana Musical Moana of Oceania for this review.

The doll is quite sturdy and possesses long curly hair.   She comes with accessories like a anklet, hairband and a bracelet for her upper arm.   Her knees and elbows do not bed but the doll can be placed at a sitting position.  At her neck she has a necklace made out of a seashell that is embedded in her body.  When you press the seashell, the doll will sing "How Far I'll Go" featured in the Disney's Moana movie. 

The doll comes with three A76 batteries.  Eventually, you will have to change the batteries.  I wonder why they have chosen this type of battery for the doll.  Would it be too bulky to have an AAA battery instead?  I wonder.   You can change the batteries in her back by simply removing the screw and opening the section where the batteries are located.  Also you will find a little switch in the middle of her back to go from demo mode to singing mode.   The switch is automatically placed on demo mode when the doll is in stores.

Disney Moana Musical Moana of Oceania is not easy to find in Canada.   Amazon.ca has it for a very ridiculous price and I have not found it on ToysRUs Canada or Wal-Mart Canada either.   The doll can be purchase for a more reasonable price on amazon.com.

Disney Princesses Royal Shimmer

There are new dolls in many store around your home for Christmas.  The new Disney Princesses Royal Shimmer  are absolutely gorgeous with bright colors and stunning faces.   I have received the privilege to receive three of these dolls from Hasbro – Jasmine, Mulan, and Pocahontas.

Each of these are dressed beautifully with sparkly clothes and shoes.  These dolls will definitely bring joy in the life of little girls this Christmas season as they play and re-enact the scenes of their most favorite Disney princess movies.   

The three dolls I have received all have long black hair – it’s just happened like this.   But I have seen the other ones at the store and each of them have their unique shiny hair that makes them unique – whether black, blond, brown, or red.   Each doll represent gracefully the princesses that has been part of our childhood and the childhood of our own little girls.   The detail brought on the costumes and the faces of these dolls is absolutely beautiful.   Each are special on her own – stunning in many ways.

These Disney Princesses Royal Shimmer will bring some smiles and joy in your child this Christmas.   In all there are eleven Disney Princess Royal Shimmer on the market – Mulan, Jasmine, Pocahontas, Rapunzel, Belle, Cinderella, Aurora, Merida, Snow White, Ariel, and Tiana.   Whether you desire to collect all of them or just one special one, you will find the Disney Princesses Royal Shimmer dolls available for purchase at your favorite toy store, even on amazon.ca and amazon.com.
