My Thoughts

I love SafetyTat and I am glad to promote their new Quick Stick Write-On!.

I discovered SafetyTat over a year ago and had the privilege to review their product back then.   I love the idea of being able to put a temporary tattoo on a child when visiting a place where it could be easy to loose them.   Don’t take me wrong.   I usually don’t loose my kids but just in case one of them would wander and we don’t realize it, it is great to know that somehow, our phone number is marked on him/her.

2010_08_27_12_58_56Back in September, we visited the Toronto Zoo and we were able to put our SafetyTat to good use.    We put some SafetyTat tattoos on the two youngest who would have trouble to give a phone number if they would get lost.    My son, Jérémy, is showing his SafetyTat tattoo on his arm during the visit at the zoo.  The product is easy to install and last for the longest time in the world.   A week later, while we were in Sudbury, the tattoos were still there.   I was impressed to say the least.

Now they even have a fun pack for the zoo with the animals on it.   I find this very creative.   I sure hope that one day they will come up with a Disney and an aquarium pack!  *grin*

Just for having the peace of mind that my kids can show their arms to someone and we can get a call if they get lost is priceless for us.    We were able to have more fun and not worry as much in a big crowd like the Toronto Zoo.

  1. Oh, I've always wanted to try these! My youngest is autistic and non-verbal (hopefully not forever) and these would be great when we take him just about anywhere. Great blog post too!

  2. Now that is an interesting concept. Sure beats putting that little tracking device under their skin now doesn't it. I love this idea especially for those that are too little, or a disability, and doesn't know the contact number. This would be awesome when the grandkids are visiting and going to the zoo or some place and they may know their own phone number but not mine.

    Visiting from the crew.

  3. I would also use it for safety purposes, we have 2 boys our oldest is 7 and was diagnosed with Autism. He is a runner/wanderer, we like to take our boys on outings to public places but sometimes it is stressful because of the concern of wandering. He does talk but not at the level of a 7 year old and I don't think could communicate where he lives?

I would also use it with my 4 year old just because he is a busy boy too and this is such a good idea :)

    Thank you..........Jayne
