Who is Abby Johnson?

Abby Johnson holds a B.S. in psychology from Texas A&M University and an M.A. in counseling from Sam Houston State University. Later promoted to health center director, Johnson ran both the family planning and abortion programs. In 2009 she left Planned Parenthood and joined the local Coalition for Life as a volunteer. Our Thoughts

This DVD will stir you and move you like you can’t even imagine.    It will also inform you a lot on the Planned Parenthood ways.   We sat down, my husband and I, one evening to watch this.   I was expecting hearing the story but I didn’t expect it to be so moving.     Even my husband was touched by the DVD.

His words:

This should be seen by everyone.   It will disturb you at times but it is very informative.    I highly recommend it!

We had not read the story of Abby Johnson before watching this documentary.    And to be honest, I knew just a little bit about her story.   This DVD will give you the whole perspective of the situation and the story from the beginning of her life.    You get to hear her parents as well as people she had met from the Coalition for Life while she was working at the Planned Parenthood.   You will experience first hands how she came to make the decision of leaving her work place after realizing that it was wrong.    Some people needs a 2x4 to waken up and for Abby Johnson her 2x4 came while she needed to help a doctor.    This 2x4 has stirred her life and put her back on the right track.

The DVD is 60 minutes long and will rock your world.    It will also move you to pray more for such issues.  Oh and before watching this documentary, I strongly suggest that you bring a box of tissues.

  5. I volunteered at crisis pregnancy centres, in kingston and briefly in Ottawa.

I use to say i was 'pro-choice'. That given the TRUE information, women would CHOOSE to do the right thing.

Thank you, Isabelle, for reviewing this, and promoting an important line of work.

  6. I would like to see this movie, and then share it. I think most people are unaware of the origins of PP, and what a huge entity it is.

  10. I would love this dvd, I was a young single mom who was pointed by planned parenthood toward abortion but not seriously given any tools to help. I chose to keep and raise my son and am appalled by the ignorance PP still gives to patients.

  16. I would like to watch this because our state is planning on opening several Planned Parenthood offices & one will probably end up in my town. I would like to be informed about what they do so I can tell others in my area.
