My husband and I were married on June 6th, 1998. As many couples entering a marriage, we didn’t know what to expect. I, myself, come from a broken family. My parents divorced when I was in my twenties. You would think that an adult would not be affected by this but I was. My husband’s parents have been together for more than 40 years now… Two people coming from different background starting a life together. With God’s grace, we have been able to resolve our issues and love each other as much as when we got married, if not more.
Back in 1998, we started the ball on weddings in his family. His brother got married in 1999 and his younger sister in 2000. Three siblings, three weddings, three years in a row, three marriages that are continuing to grow as time goes by.
The wedding season is just around the corner… We actually have friends who are getting married in August – our daughter will be the flower girl! *grin* I wish a wonderful marriage for Ariane and James and I like what I have seen on the website of StartMarriageRight.com .
