My Thoughts

This is a different twist to an older game.    I’ve known Battleship since I was a child.   Yikes – so many years ago…   Anyhow, this version is different in a sense that it requires the players to build their ships and the game itself before play time.

The board are sturdy and made from strong material.  They are not made of plastic so I would be careful to have kids younger than 7 playing with this.    However, I am impressed with the quality of it and the colourful designs on them.

The players will also have to build their ships.   With pieces similar to Legos, the various ships needed to play the game are secured through a piece of cardboard similar than the boards.    This way, the ships are easier to handle.   Each player will also have it’s own little case with the other pieces needed to play.U-BUILD - BATTLESHIP Game

A few years ago we got introduced to the electronic version of Battleship, now is the age of build it and play.   Two different ways to have fun!

Hasbro came up with a whole variety of U-Build games.  You can find the Monopoly, Connect 4, Mouse Trap, Battleship and Sorry! version of the already popular games.  Each are different from the original game I find and worth discovering with your kids.    Have a regular family game night and laugh together.    It is so worth it!
